apple 1 piece
pear 3 pieces
milk to taste
lactic acid bacteria drink 1 bottle

Prepare the ingredients; two different varieties of pears are used.

Cut the pears into chunks, place them in the juicer, then pour in the probiotic drink and a suitable amount of milk.
