Pork Liver, Green Vegetable, and Egg Yolk Paste

I think loving a child doesn't mean spending a lot of money buying them lots of snacks or things salespeople recommend highly. Now that food safety issues are so serious and the child is so young, do you really think things described as amazing are actually that good? Have you seen the processing procedures? Don't say you don't have time or aren't good at cooking. This is such a simple task; I believe everyone can do it. Loving a child means giving them the best and the safest. The most expensive isn't necessarily the one with the most money! Just because something costs more doesn't mean it's the best! Hehe...

Ingredients

Egg
Pork Liver
Green Vegetables
Walnuts
Carp Soup
Sesame Oil
Rice Cereal

Instructions

1

Step 1

Shell the walnuts and grind them into a fine powder. A bit of rambling: I have also bought walnut oil from mother and baby stores, but since it is for the child to eat, I feel that seeing it with my own eyes is the only way.

2

Step 2

Finely chop the green vegetables.

3

Step 3

Boil the pork liver until cooked, then chop it finely.

4

Step 4

Boil the egg, then remove the yolk and chop it.

5

Step 5

Prepare a bowl of carp soup. If you don't have it, you can substitute water. However, do not add salt to the carp soup, as babies under one year old cannot eat salt or sugar.

6

Step 6

Pour the soup into a pot and bring to a boil. It is best for the baby to have their own dedicated potware, cutting board, knife, and tableware.

7

Step 7

Once boiling, add the rice cereal. I bought chicken and vegetable rice cereal; you can change the varieties for the child often so they won't be picky eaters when they grow up!

8

Step 8

After stirring the rice cereal evenly, pour it into a bowl, add the walnut powder, and drizzle a little sesame oil. My son loves eating this, hehe, you should try it too.
