Ingredients

white radish 1 piece
chopped scallion, chili to taste
pickling: salt to taste
seasoning: salt 1/2 teaspoon
seasoning: sugar 1 teaspoon
seasoning: sesame oil, salad oil to taste

Instructions

Shred the white radish, marinate with an appropriate amount of salt for 20 minutes, and set aside.

Drain off the bitter brine, rinse briefly with cold boiled water, and set aside.
