Beef spleen (washed and cut into pieces) 250g
Sophora flower buds 15g

Simmering Soup

Wash the beef spleen and cut it into small pieces. Place it in a pot together with the sophora flower buds, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer into a soup. Once cooked, drink the soup and eat the beef spleen.
