Squid Pizza
A seafood pizza featuring cuttlefish as the main topping.
Ingredients
pizza dough
to taste
squid (cut into squid flower shapes)
to taste
tomato sauce
to taste
mozzarella cheese
to taste
salt
to taste
oregano
to taste
olive oil
to taste
Instructions

Prepare the squid
Cut the squid into squid flower shapes and set aside.

Prepare the dough
Roll the pizza dough into a 5mm thick crust, place it in a baking pan brushed with olive oil, and spread tomato sauce on top.

Assembly
Place the cut squid flowers on top, evenly sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, then drizzle a little olive oil.

Bake
Bake in the oven at 250°C for 5 minutes.

Drizzle oil
Remove from the oven and drizzle a small amount of olive oil before serving.
