Beef Pizza
Homemade pizza is always a family favorite — and even better when you make it yourself, because you can top it with whatever ingredients you like. We used to have to travel a long way to buy pizza whenever the kids wanted some, but now that we have an oven at home, it's so much more convenient. We can bake a pizza whenever the craving strikes, and the toppings are far more generous than what you'd get at a shop.
A good oven is a real asset in any modern kitchen. Beyond pizza, you can use it for bread, cakes, biscuits, roasted meats and many other dishes. Baking at home is a fun way to practice your skills, and seeing the family enjoy what you've prepared is wonderfully rewarding.
For this beef pizza, I used the ACA North America ATO-E43A electric oven — a spacious 40-liter capacity that bakes evenly and fills the kitchen with an irresistible aroma. Honestly, the homemade version comes out even better than the Pizza Hut one, and there's a unique sense of joy in eating something you've baked yourself.
Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the beef and the marinade. Black pepper would be even better, of course.
Step 2
Wash the beef and slice it into thin pieces.
Step 3
Add an appropriate amount of white pepper powder and the Orleans chicken wing marinade; let it marinate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Now let's make the pizza base. Place all ingredients except the butter into the bread machine, start the kneading function, and run it for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Then add the butter and knead for another 20 minutes.
Step 6
Let it rest, then start the fermentation program for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Let it ferment until it doubles in size. Poke a hole in the dough; if it does not spring back, it is ready.
Step 8
Get everything ready.
Step 9
Blanch the mixed vegetables in a pot of water and drain them. The mix includes corn, diced carrots, and green peas.
Step 10
Chop them finely and set aside.
Step 11
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a pan. When the oil is about 70% hot, add the beef and stir-fry.
Step 12
Add the mushrooms and diced onion and stir-fry for a moment.
Step 13
Add the green and red peppers and stir evenly.
Step 14
Add the mixed vegetables, stir-fry until cooked through, then remove from the pan.
Step 15
Take out the dough, release the air, and roll it out into a thin round the same size as the pan.
Step 16
Use a fork to poke holes in the dough to prevent it from puffing up.
Step 17
Brush a layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
Step 18
Spread the just-stir-fried beef over the sauce.
Step 19
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 20
Preheat the oven to 200°C for 15 minutes. This oven is so beautiful—the exterior design is elegant and it is a pleasure to use.
Step 21
Open the door and place the pizza on the middle rack.
Step 22
It smells so good that I could not resist peeking. Turning on the interior light is very convenient.
Step 23
Take it out—it smells amazing.
Step 24
I could not hold back any longer—cheers! 😻
