Black Hair Candy
Brown sugar is simmered and combined with roasted black sesame seeds and walnut kernels to form candy blocks. Traditionally used to support brain function, nourish the kidneys, and promote black, healthy hair.

Walnut kernels, toasted
50 g
Brown sugar, simmered until thick
500 g
Black sesame seeds, toasted
to taste

Cook the sugar mixture
Place the brown sugar in an aluminum pot, add a suitable amount of water, and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer until the mixture thickens. Add the toasted black sesame seeds and walnut kernels, stir evenly, then remove from heat.

Shape and cut into pieces
Pour the black hair candy onto a porcelain dish coated with cooked vegetable oil, spread it out evenly, and let cool. Cut into small pieces with a knife and store in a candy box for later use.
