Prepare ingredients: celery, lily bulb, cashews.

Take one head of lily bulb and separate the petals.
Step 3
Use scissors to trim off any bad or discolored edges.

Rinse thoroughly with cold water several times.
Step 5
Drain the water well.
Step 6
Slice the celery diagonally into thin slices.

Turn the heat to the lowest setting. Add cashews to the wok with cold oil and stir-fry until they turn slightly yellow.

Remove the cashews from the wok and set aside.

Using the remaining oil, turn to high heat and add chopped scallions to sauté until fragrant.

Add the celery and stir-fry for about one minute.
