Chocolate meringue with added cocoa powder

powdered sugar (second portion of sugar from the base recipe)

Step 1
Sift the powdered sugar from the base recipe together with the cocoa powder twice.

Step 2
In Step 3 of the base meringue recipe, fold the mixed cocoa and powdered sugar into the meringue.
