Chocolate-flavored wafer cookies made by adding cocoa powder to a classic white wafer base.

Cocoa powder (sifted)

Tapioca starch

Cold water

Boiling water

Prepare batter
Sift the cocoa powder, add it to the tapioca starch, and prepare the batter according to the standard method.

Baking
Bake the wafer cookies according to the standard method. Once you are proficient, you can increase the batter amount, up to 15 g.

Once everything is done, store in a dry place or package for later use.
