Soak the black rice overnight. Steam it thoroughly in a rice cooker the next day and let it cool completely. Mix the crispy seaweed into the black rice, press the rice firmly into a lunchbox, then place it onto a plate.

Cook the pearl white rice in a rice cooker until done and let it cool. Press the rice firmly into a lunchbox, then place it on a plate. Top with some imitation crab sticks.

Use a mold to shape the sliced sausages.

Then arrange the black and white rice in alternating layers. You can add any fillings you like between the layers, then place the shaped sausage slices on top.

If there is leftover rice, you can make a few rice balls with it and arrange them on top; the remaining rice is for eating.
