Peel the pumpkin and cut it into chunks.
Step 2
Wash the carrot, cut into chunks, and set aside.
Step 3
Rinse the rice thoroughly, then soak for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add a suitable amount of water to a clay pot, bring to a boil, then add the rice and drizzle 5 to 6 drops of peanut oil.
Step 5
After boiling, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, then add the pumpkin chunks and carrot.
Step 6
Simmer until the rice is soft and fully cooked, add a suitable amount of salt, stir well and it is ready to serve.
