This is the exact same cilantro pancake featured by the character Hu Sui in the TV show Starfall Sugar! It makes you wonder why the one on television looked so dark, though. Was there too much cilantro, was the heat too high, or was it a subtle foreshadowing of Su Zhi's dark turn? Regardless of the mystery, it remains an incredibly simple and tasty treat!
