Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the selected chicken wings in water.
Step 2
Use a knife to make three slashes in the washed chicken wings, as shown in the picture, so they can better absorb the flavors during the marinating process.
Step 3
Pour cola over the chicken wings, enough to cover them; then add a small amount of soy sauce and salt, mix well, and set aside to marinate. It's better to marinate for a longer time; I marinated mine for 3 hours.
Step 4
Prepare the side ingredients: cut the scallions, ginger, and garlic into chunks respectively.
Step 5
Take the marinated chicken wings out and drain the liquid.
Step 6
Preheat the pan, pour in oil, add the prepared scallions, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.
Step 7
Add the chicken wings and stir-fry.
Step 8
Stir-fry until both sides are golden brown.
Step 9
Pour in the cola (I used fresh cola; the cola used to marinate the chicken wings was not used), cover the pot with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
Step 10
Reduce the sauce over high heat, and the delicious chicken wings are ready.
