This colorful porridge brings together the natural sweetness of purple sweet potato and pumpkin in a warm, thickened rice base. The soft, tender cubes of vegetables melt into the congee, creating a visually appealing and nourishing bowl that is perfect for a gentle start to the day.

Ingredients

Cooked rice 1 bowl
Purple sweet potato 1 piece
Pumpkin 50g
Water 750g
Goji berries 5 pieces

Peel the purple sweet potato and cut into cubes

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and pulp, and cut into cubes

Prepare a pot, add water and rice, then add the purple sweet potato after the water boils

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, keep on low heat, place a chopstick across the pot before covering with the lid
