Cake decorating technique using piping tips, buttercream, and edible spray powder to craft composite five-petal blooms.
Ingredients
Mito (cut into 5 single petals, pinned with toothpicks)

Cream (spread on the cake as a flower base)

No. 10 large straight piping tip (for shaking and wrapping to make fan-shaped petals)

Yellow spray powder (for coloring)

Red spray powder (for coloring)

Round piping tip (for extruding large round balls)

Instructions

Prepare the mito
Cut the mito into 5 single petals separately and pin them with toothpicks.

Spread the flower base
First spread cream on the cake to serve as the flower base.

Make the petals
Use a special piping tip (No. 10 large straight tip), shaking while wrapping to create fan-shaped petals.

Spray color
Spray color onto the petals using yellow spray powder and red spray powder.

Assemble
After all 5 petals have been sprayed, assemble them on the cake.

Make the flower center
First use the round piping tip to extrude a large round ball, then pipe dense small round balls on the surface of the brown large round ball to decorate the flower center.
