Prepare the Mixture
Peel the bananas and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash them thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Add the rolled oats, milk, and raisins. Stir everything together until the oats are evenly coated and sticky.
Shape the Cookies
Scoop roughly 20g portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and gently press them down into flat, round discs.
Bake to Perfection
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 170°C (approx. 340°F). Arrange the cookies inside and bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
