Plain Swiss roll sponge cake (see page 350)

Coffee buttercream frosting (see page 369)
to taste
Chocolate chips
to taste
Chocolate (for drizzling)
to taste
Instructions

Layering
Spread coffee buttercream frosting on the sponge cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Rolling
Roll up the cake.

Decoration
Spread another layer of frosting on the surface and drizzle with chocolate lines for decoration.
