Step 1
Knead the wheat flour well and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Peel and deseed the zucchini.
Step 3
Grate the zucchini.

Add oil, minced ginger, salt, MSG, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and white sugar to the ground pork. Stir in one direction until it becomes sticky.

Squeeze the water out of the zucchini and place it together with the mixed meat filling.

Wash and clean the chives, chop them and put them in a bowl. Add sesame oil, salt, and MSG, then mix evenly to make the dumpling filling.

Divide the rested dough into appropriately sized dough portions, and roll them out into round dumpling wrappers.

Add the filling to the center of the dumpling wrapper.

Pinch the front and back wrappers tightly together to seal the dumplings.

Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil, then add the dumplings to cook.
