long grain rice 2 cups
chinese sausage 200g (about 2 links)
potato 1 medium, cubed
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
olive oil 2 tablespoons
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
water 2 cups

Prep the ingredients

Cut the sausage into small bite-sized cubes. Cube the potato into similar-sized pieces, around 1-inch chunks. This ensures even cooking.
