Soaked snow fungus.

1 papaya.
Step 3
1 portion of boiled quail eggs.
Step 4
Half a bowl of yellow rock sugar.
Step 5
Peel and cut the papaya into chunks and set aside.

Put the snow fungus into a pot together with cold water.
Step 7
After the pot comes to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add the papaya and quail eggs to the pot.

After simmering for half an hour, add the rock sugar to the pot.
