Ingredients

Pork head meat (washed, braised and sliced) 150 g
Green bell pepper (washed, stem and seeds removed, cut into diamond slices) 150 g
Scallion segments to taste
Garlic slices to taste
Ginger slices to taste
Dried chili segments 10 g
Cooking wine 5 g
Sichuan peppercorns 2 g
Sugar 1 g
Salt 1 g
MSG 1 g
Sesame oil 3 g

Prepare ingredients

Wash the pork head meat, braise it, then slice; wash the green bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into diamond-shaped slices.

Stir-fry

Heat oil in a wok over high heat, add the braised pork head slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the green pepper slices, dried chili segments, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic slices, ginger slices, and scallion segments; stir-fry until cooked through.

Season with salt, MSG, sugar, sesame oil, and cooking wine; stir well to combine and serve.
