Napa cabbage to taste
Scallion to taste
Garlic to taste
Dried chili to taste
Fresh millet chili to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Rice vinegar to taste

Prepare the ingredients;

Cut the chili peppers into small segments, smash the garlic, and chop the green onions;
