Prep ingredients
Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces. Wash the sugar snap peas thoroughly.

Blanch the peas
Blanch the sugar snap peas in boiling water, then remove and set aside.

Sear the ham
Place the ham pieces in the pan and pan-fry them until lightly seared.

Stir-fry peas
Add the sugar snap peas to the pan and stir-fry until nearly cooked. Add salt and light soy sauce to season.

Combine and finish
Add the seared ham back into the pan and stir-fry together until everything is cooked through.
