This warm drink combines the vibrant inner peel and flesh of dragon fruit with tender tremella and a touch of rock sugar. Simmered until the flavors meld and finished with bright passion fruit pulp, it offers a soothing, fruity texture perfect for bottling and enjoying as a nourishing beverage.

Ingredients

Dragon fruit peel 1 piece
Dragon fruit flesh 1 piece
Silver ear fungus some
Rock sugar some
Passion fruit pulp some

Instructions

Step 1

Scrape off the outer skin of the dragon fruit, take the inner skin and cut it into strips, then cut the dragon fruit flesh into cubes.

Add tremella and rock sugar.

Place in a pot and bring to a boil, for about 20 to 30 minutes.
