Ingredients

Cilantro 100g
Bean sprouts 300g
Carrot 60g
Glass noodles 150g
Day lilies 30g
Black wood ear 40g
Shiitake mushrooms 30g
Dried tofu 60g
Gluten 60g
Wheat flour 700g
Oil to taste
Salt to taste
Fermented bean curd to taste
Sesame paste to taste
Soy sauce to taste
MSG to taste

Instructions

Mix wheat flour with yeast powder to form a dough and let it rise.

Soak daylilies, wood ear mushrooms, and dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water in advance.
