Ingredients

Baby bok choy to taste
Tofu to taste
Cooking oil a little
Chicken essence 1 tbsp
Ginger to taste
Scallion to taste
Garlic to taste
Wood ear mushroom a little

Instructions

Cut the tofu into pieces, deep-fry until golden yellow, then remove and set aside.

Wash the baby bok choy.
