Method One
Pick tender one-bud-two-or-three-leaf tea shoots, fix (kill-green) and roll them, then pack into the tender sweet bamboo tube.

Steam the maojian tea together with glutinous rice; once the tea leaves soften, pour the mixture into the bamboo tube.
