Fresh shrimp as needed

Small mushrooms as needed

Shiitake mushrooms as needed

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the basa fish into several pieces of uniform thickness, then roll the vegetables into the fish slices, and finally secure the fish rolls with bamboo skewers.
