Story

A rich cream cheese mixture is tucked into the cuts, creating a creamy contrast to the tender crumb. Dipping the cut sides into a sweet milk powder coating adds a delightful finish, making each bite soft, fragrant, and satisfying.

Ingredients

Bread flour 220g
Milk 105g
Egg 50g
White sugar 35g
Butter 20g
Yeast 3g
Cream cheese 165g (+cheese)
Heavy cream 55g
Powdered sugar 20 (for dusting)
Milk powder 30g (for dusting)

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients and amounts for making the bread

Put all the materials from the main formula into the bread machine and start the dough program

After kneading is complete, cut a small piece of dough and stretch it into a glove membrane to check the dough membrane status

Round the dough and place it in the bread bucket for the first fermentation

After 20 minutes, the dough has fermented to 2 times its size
