Beef with Chinese Broccoli

Ingredients

beef brisket (cut into large slices and flattened) 300 g
all-purpose flour 50 g
Chinese broccoli (chopped) 100 g
monosodium glutamate (MSG) to taste
baijiu (Chinese white liquor) to taste
chopped scallions to taste
salt and pepper seasoning to taste
sesame oil to taste
rice wine a pinch
salt a pinch

Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Cut the beef into large slices and pound them to loosen the texture. Add a pinch of rice wine, chopped scallions, MSG, and salt, then mix well. Combine the chopped Chinese broccoli with the flour.

2

Deep-Fry the Beef

Heat the wok with the oil until it reaches about 50% of full frying heat. Add the beef slices and fry until golden and floating, then remove them.

3

Stir-Fry and Serve

Leave a little oil in the wok and add the chopped scallions, cooking until fragrant. Return the beef and remaining ingredients to the wok, splash in the rice wine and sesame oil, toss a few times, and serve.
