Black Bean Kidney-Nourishing Soup

Ingredients

black beans (soak in water for 2 hours) 60 g
matsutake (soaked and rinsed) 10
black dates (soaked and rinsed) 6
dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked and rinsed) 4
pork kidney (remove odor gland, cut into small pieces) 1
polygonatum (cut into thin slices) 40 g
cooking wine to taste
salt to taste
MSG to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

Remove the odor gland from the pork kidney and cut into small pieces; cut the polygonatum into thin slices; soak and rinse the dried shiitake mushrooms, matsutake, and black dates; soak the black beans in water for 2 hours. Set aside.

Stew

Place all the prepared ingredients into a stewing pot, pour in 800 ml of hot water, and stew for about 1 hour. Add seasonings to taste and serve.
