Boiled Potatoes with Munster Cheese

Ingredients

Munster cheese (cut in half) 100 g
Potatoes (washed and boiled with skin on, Baron potatoes recommended) 2
Pickled cucumbers (mini gherkins/Cornichons can be used) 20 g
Whole grain mustard to taste
Salt a pinch
Pepper a pinch

Instructions

1

Boil the potatoes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them with the skin on, starting from cold water, until tender.

2

Assemble

Cut the freshly boiled potatoes open, sprinkle with salt and pepper, place them on a plate, and top with the halved Munster cheese. If the cheese does not melt, place the whole dish in a heatproof container and microwave (500W) for 5–20 seconds. Serve with pickled cucumbers and mustard.
