Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce
Roasted pork tenderloin with mustard sauce. The pork is marinated in bourbon, soy sauce, and brown sugar, then roasted and served with a sour cream and mustard sauce.
Ingredients

extra-lean pork tenderloin

Instructions

Marinate
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix together the soy sauce, bourbon, and brown sugar. Add the pork, seal the bag, and shake to coat the meat evenly with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, up to 12 hours.

Prepare for Roasting
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.

Roast
Place the marinated pork in the prepared roasting pan. Roast uncovered for about 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 155°F. Do not overcook.

Slice and Serve
Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut into 1-inch thick slices and serve with the mustard sauce.
