Story

The ribs are first blanched, then stir-fried in caramelized rock sugar until evenly coated. After simmering with ginger, garlic, and star anise, the sauce is reduced until thick and shiny, creating a rich, appetizing glaze.

Ingredients

Pork ribs to taste
Green onion to taste
Ginger to taste
Garlic to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Cooking wine to taste
Salt to taste
Rock sugar to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the pork ribs, blanch in boiling water, then wash with warm water and set aside;

Prepare the green onion, ginger, garlic, and star anise;

Chop the green onion and ginger;

Heat the wok, add oil and rock sugar, and slowly melt the sugar over medium heat until small bubbles appear;

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry quickly;
