Soak the Brazilian mushrooms in water first, and wash the goji berries and set aside.

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces and blanch them first to remove the blood.

Pour all the blanched chicken legs, ginger slices, goji berries, and Brazilian mushrooms into the pot and bring to a boil.

Once the soup is boiling, turn off the heat and transfer everything into a thermal cooker (insulated pot).

After about 1 to 1.5 hours, open the lid and add 1 spoon of rice wine and a small amount of salt to season.
