Chinese Sausage and Potato Braised Rice
This effortless braised rice combines fried potatoes, savory Chinese sausage, and sweet peas cooked together in a rice cooker.

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Peel and wash the potato, then cut into 1 cm cubes.
Step 3
Heat up the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil, and once the oil is hot, add the potatoes and fry them until cooked.

Fry the potatoes until golden yellow, then remove and drain the oil for later use.

Cut the Chinese sausage in half, then slice into crescent-shaped pieces.

Scoop out some of the oil used for frying the potatoes, leaving a little bit of base oil, stir-fry the sausage until fragrant, then remove and set aside.

Shell the sweet peas, wash them, and set aside.

Rinse the rice twice, place it in the rice cooker, add the potatoes, sausage, and peas to the rice cooker together, and add the usual amount of water for cooking rice.

Start the rice cooker's cooking function.

When the rice cooker switches to keep warm mode, the braised rice is ready.
