Ingredients

Chicken leg 1 whole
Cucumber 1/2 piece
Dried chili 6 pieces
Sweet bean sauce 1 tbsp
Broad bean paste 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper a pinch
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Starch 1/2 tbsp
Chicken powder to taste
13-spice powder a pinch
Scallion 1 small piece
Ginger 2 slices

Wash clean and remove the bone
