Ingredients

Crumb-nut cheesecake crust
Cream cheese, softened (8 oz packages, 24 oz total) 3 packages
Sugar 3/4 cup
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla 2 tsp
Eggs 3
Flour 3 tsp
Cocoa 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp

Instructions

1

Prepare Batter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and 2 teaspoons vanilla in a large mixer bowl on medium speed until smooth. Add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, blending well. Add eggs and beat well. In a small bowl, combine cocoa and 1/4 cup sugar. Add oil, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1-1/2 cups of the cream cheese mixture; mix until well blended.

2

Assemble and Bake

Alternately spoon plain and chocolate mixtures into the prepared crust, ending with dollops of the chocolate on top; gently swirl with a knife or spatula for a marbled effect. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; without opening the oven door, lower the temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Without opening the oven door, turn off the heat and let the cheesecake sit in the oven for 30 minutes.

Cool

Remove from oven and loosen the sides with a knife. Let cool, then chill.
