Step 1
Wash the century egg shells, peel them, and cut the eggs into evenly sized pieces, then arrange on a plate; peel and wash the garlic, then slice it.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped chili and stir evenly. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture over the century eggs.
