Crispy, sweet crescent-shaped pastries with crushed peanuts.

baking soda

crushed peanuts

egg (for brushing)

Instructions

Prepare the dough
Mix ingredient B together until well combined, then add ingredient A and whip until a dough forms.

Shape the cookies
Roll the dough thin and use a round mold to cut out crescent-shaped pieces.

Bake
Brush a layer of egg wash from ingredient C on the dough pieces, then coat with crushed peanuts. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C until golden.
