Snow peas 200g
Chinese sausage 100g
Scallions 2 stalks
Canola oil 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Chicken powder to taste

Rinse the snow peas and trim off the ends. Cut the sausage into thin diagonal slices. Trim the roots from the scallions and cut into small pieces.
