There are many ways to prepare peanuts, and this method is particularly delicious. Unlike deep-frying, it preserves the nutrients that might otherwise be lost. It serves well as either a side dish or a casual snack, offering a wonderful aroma and crisp texture.

Ingredients

Peanuts appropriate amount
Peanut oil appropriate amount
Flour appropriate amount
Egg 1 piece

Step 1

After roasting the peanuts, ensure they are fully cooked and rub off the skins. Crack in an egg, add an appropriate amount of 13-spice powder, and mix. In a separate bowl, add flour, add the peanuts in batches, and stir until they form separate granules as shown in the picture.

Add oil to a wok. Once the oil is hot, add the peanut balls and fry until the outer surface turns yellow. Drain the oil and remove them.

Sprinkle sugar on the fried peanut balls while they are still hot; they are particularly delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
