Crispy Tofu with Savory Sauce

Step 1
Cut the tofu into small rectangles or triangles, and fry in oil until golden brown, then remove from the oil.

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, Sichuan peppercorn water, and cornstarch in a bowl, then add some broth to make the sauce.

Heat some oil in a pan. Once hot, add the cooked carrot slices, cooked potato slices, minced scallions, and minced ginger, and stir-fry briefly. Add the fried tofu, pour in the sauce, stir-fry a few more times, and serve.
