Making the dough
Refer to the "Basic Bread-Making Method" on P14–15. Divide the dough into 50 g pieces, flatten, and roll into olive shapes.

Spray a little water onto the surface of the dough so that the frying powder will stick.
Coating with frying powder
Evenly coat the surface of the dough with the frying powder.
Fermentation
Reference image before fermentation: dough is about 10 cm long and 4 cm wide. Comparison image after fermentation: dough is about 11 cm long and 5.5 cm wide.
Frying
Place the dough into a preheated pan of oil. When the fried side turns golden brown, flip the dough and fry the other side until golden brown, then remove.
Assembly
Once the bread has cooled, slice through the middle about 2/3 of the way, fill with vegetable salad or your favorite ingredients, and you have a delicious salad boat.
