Ingredients

Milk
Eggs
Fresh straw mushrooms (diced)
Ling powder (water chestnut starch)
Refined salt A pinch
MSG
Cooking oil

Instructions

Mix the milk-egg batter

Place the eggs, milk, ling powder, refined salt, and MSG in a bowl and mix into a milk-egg batter.

Add the straw mushrooms

Dice the straw mushrooms, add them to the milk-egg batter, and mix well.

Stir-fry

Heat a wok over low heat, add the cooking oil and let it get hot, pour in the combined milk-egg batter and spread it evenly, then continue stir-frying until it is just cooked through.
