Lean pork (washed and minced) 150 g
Preserved mustard greens, diced 1 tbsp
Dried shrimp (soaked and chopped) 1 tbsp
Scallions, chopped 1 tbsp

Instructions

1

Prepare the main ingredients

Wash and mince the pork. Soak the dried shrimp until soft, then chop finely.

2

Prepare the green beans

Remove the strings from the green beans, wash them and let them drip dry. Heat oil in a wok and briefly deep-fry them, then remove and drain off excess oil.

3

Stir-fry to finish

Heat the wok, add two tablespoons of oil and saute the minced ginger until fragrant. Add the pork, dried shrimp, and preserved mustard greens; stir-fry briefly. Add the green beans and splash in the cooking wine, then add the seasonings. Switch to medium heat and cook until the sauce has reduced. Sprinkle the chopped scallions on top, toss to combine, and serve.
