These delicate Earl Grey cookies perfectly blend a rich, buttery texture with the aromatic citrus notes of Earl Grey tea. Ideal for an afternoon snack or paired with a warm cup of tea, they offer a comforting and elegant treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Low-gluten flour 100G
Butter 80G
Sugar 50G
Almond powder 15G
Egg liquid 15ML
Earl Grey black tea 2G
Earl Grey tea liquid 5ML

Instructions

Step 1

Soak the almonds in hot water to peel, then place in the oven to dry.

Put the dried almonds and sugar into a food processor together and blend into almond sugar powder.

Set aside Earl Grey tea.

Add the almond sugar powder, salt, and Earl Grey tea powder to the softened butter.
