Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Mix the corn oil, egg yolks, and milk together; shake gently to let the oil coat the yolks so they don't harden.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites first. Beat on high speed to this stage, then add 1/3 of the sugar.
Step 3
Continue on high speed; beat until it turns white and becomes fine, then add half of the remaining sugar.
Step 4
Beat on high speed until small hooks form, add the remaining sugar, and continue beating on high speed.
Step 5
Beat until small curved hooks form. Set the egg whites aside for later use, and preheat the oven to 170°C.
Step 6
Mix the egg yolk, milk, and corn oil mixture evenly.
Step 7
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well.
Step 8
First, take 1/3 of the egg whites and mix them into the yolks. Fold evenly, then add this to the remaining egg whites and fold until well mixed.
Step 9
I used this mold. I bought it to make shrimp omelets but didn't use it; it seems perfect for small cakes. I forgot to take a photo. Simply pour the batter into the mold and place it in the oven to bake.
Step 10
After baking, mix a suitable amount of meat floss with salad dressing, sandwich it between two small cakes, and enjoy.
