french fries 100 g
lettuce (washed and drained) 3 slices
nori (cut diagonally into triangles) 2 slices
asparagus 15
salad dressing (seasoning) 2 tsp
white sesame seeds (seasoning) 1 tbsp

Instructions

1

Step 1

Wash and drain the lettuce.

2

Step 2

Bake the french fries in the oven for 12–15 minutes until the surface turns slightly golden, then set aside to cool; cut the nori sheets diagonally into triangles.

3

Step 3

Lay one triangular nori sheet flat, place a lettuce leaf in the middle, then add the french fries, asparagus, salad dressing, and white sesame seeds in order. To wrap, roll from left to right, making sure the filling is rolled tightly; tuck the nori edge into the end, then roll the second nori sheet from right to left, place onto a plate, and serve once all are done. The fillings and amounts in the hand rolls can be adjusted to taste to find your favorite hand roll flavor.
